Πώς λειτουργεί;

I purchased this after a glowing recommendation from a sister and fellow naturopath. I haven?t drunk tap water for at least 19y +, firstly because of the impurities and secondly because the awful taste. This resulted in me only drinking bottled mineral water. I went from glass bottles to plastic because of the expense and had the added worry of BPAs from the plastic. Anyway?. I am so happy with my new water filter and have already recommended it to friends and family. It looks really nice on the kitchen counter, I got the extra fluoride filters and the teak stand too ??). I was worried about the taste but it?s amazing. I use it for cooking and filling to kettle too. All round we as a family are really happy with it! ????

As I was building it, I realized that one fluoride filter was missing. Both need to be attached; otherwise, it is useless because one carbon filter will drip without being attached to the fluoride filter. I contacted customer service, and they gave me a voucher to repurchase the two fluoride filters separately!

I purchased the water filter (small sized) based on a recommendation and I?m really pleased with the simplicity of the product eg: the installation and its usage. The initial outlay pays for itself quickly due to the need to replace the cartridges after a minimum of 12 months, compared to others which can be every months. Would be 5 stars but bottom container arrived damaged (no damage to packaging evident) with a dent as can be seen from the photos. Have emailed seller (17/06/24) but no response as yet. Great shame as item not cheap but impressed with the taste of the water. Item still usable but at £119????? Have asked for a replacement part and will update review if I hear from seller.22/06/24 – good and prompt response from seller regarding damaged base and replacement part is on its way.Have tried a number of water filter option (PHOX, BRITAS, Aamzon basics etc) but this produces the best tasting water that I have experienced. Although expensive initial out lay the filters last longer and should prove much more cost effective in the long run – highly recommened.

After letting the water through multiple times, it was finally clear. The instructions said once, but we had to do it four times, so I revised my review since it ended up working great. It takes time for the water to filter, but it?s not as slow as my last one from another brand. I am disappointed that you have to buy the fluoride filters separately! There are other filters that do filter fluoride, so I was upset to find that out. Other than that, the water tastes great and is still better than unfiltered water

Highly recommend. Great quality and a very reasonable priced. Makes things far easier I know that I only need to change the filters once a year and will get a reminder. The water tastes noticeably better than uk tap water so it means I?m drinking more so it?s far better for my hydration and health. Dee was fabulous at answering my numbers is questions.
